Regulation on the form and content of the fishing guard badge and service card and reporting and record keeping on the performance of fishing guard service.

This Regulation here determine the form and content of the fishing guard's badge and the fishing guard's service card (both given in Annexes 1 and 2 that are part of this text), among issues regarding the issuance and withdrawing of such badges and cards, and rules regarding the necessary keeping of relevant records on issued badges and cards, as well as the manner and form of reporting and record keeping of performances of authorized fishery guard service. The fishing guard must keep a record of the performance of the fishing guard service, which contains: date of performance of fishery guard service; time of beginning and end of fishing guard duty; fishing district where he worked as a fishing guard; fishing controls that were carried out; identified fishing violations and the method of action; implemented measures in case of identified fishing violations; other events in the fishing area, important for the implementation of fisheries management; reports on other violations; other notes.
