Regulation on the handling and protection methods in the trade of animal and plant species.

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down protection measures in the trade in animal and plant species and conditions for commercial breeding of wild animal species. These provisions apply also to protected animal species and protected plant species. This Decree is composed of 48 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Rules of conduct (Sec. 2); Permits and applications (Sec. 3); Breeding animals of wild species for commercial purposes (Sec. 4); Disposal of confiscated animals (Sec. 5); Authorities and their liabilities (Sec. 6); Penalty provisions (Sec. 7); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 8).
