Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 15 articles and four Annexes, lays down provisions concerning hunting permit: application for the permit, the form and contents of the permit, validity and extension of its validity, form of hologram labels, and permit fee. The model application for the permit is specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 provides the model permit. Annex 3 specifies the model hologram label.
