Abstract
This Regulation lays down the competent authorities and the penal provisions for the implementation of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 41/2009 concerning the composition and labelling of foodstuffs suitable for people intolerant to gluten. The competent authority for the implementation of Regulation 41/2009/EC is the ministry responsible for health. Official health supervision of the implementation of this Regulation shall be carried out by health inspectors. Penalty provisions and related fines are defined in article 4.
