Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down methods and procedures for integrated production of fruits, method of the control of this production and labeling of integrated grown fruits and conditions to be met by the organization for inspection and certification of integrated agricultural products and food. For the purposes of these provisions integrated plant protection means careful consideration of all available methods of protecting plants and integration of appropriate measures to prevent the spread of pests and maintain the use of pesticides and other forms of intervention to reduce the risk to human health and the environment. Integrated protection from pests emphasizes the growth of healthy plants with the least possible disruption to agro-ecosystems and encourages natural mechanisms of the control of pests. In particular, to identify appropriate measures of health care of fruits, the producer must follow the forecasting service announcements and take into account the actual situation in areas where fruits grow. This Regulation is composed of 36 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Integrated production of fruits (Sec. 2); Technology guide (Sec. 3); Integrated control of production (Sec. 4); Control of the organization for inspection and certification (Sec. 5); Control procedures related to registration of producers (Sec. 6); Marking and integrated marketing (Sec. 7); Final provisions (Sec. 8).
