Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes provisions concerning labeling of plant protection products. Any pesticide that is placed on the market and used must comply with conditions concerning classification, packaging and labeling of dangerous substances and preparations, and must be labeled in accordance with these regulations. Deviations from the standard labeling has to be approved by the competent authority. Any pesticide which is placed on the market and used in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, must be labeled in Slovenian language. The label must be attached to an application for authorization of pesticides and approved by the competent authority taking the decision. This Regulation is composed of ten articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Labeling (Sec. 2); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 3).
