Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down provisions governing labeling and packaging of wine, must and other wine sector products, in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products, and the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 607/2009 laying down certain detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 479/2008 as regards protected designations of origin and geographical indications, traditional terms, labeling and presentation of certain wine sector products. These provisions do not apply to beverages which are not produced from complete or partial fermentation of grapes or grape must. This Regulation is composed of 32 articles divided into the following Sections: Contents of the Regulation (Sec. 1); Definitions (Sec. 2); Stores (Sec. 3); Labeling (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
