Abstract
This Regulation determines the types of cereals, the categories in which the seed of an individual type of cereal is officially certified and marketed, the requirements regarding varietal or species authenticity and purity, health status and other quality criteria of cereal seed that must be met by each category for official certification, requirements regarding packaging, sealing and marking and other conditions for the marketing of cereal seed, special requirements for the marketing of incompletely certified cereal seed and cereal seed in mixtures and small packages, a more detailed procedure for official confirmation of cereal seed, the procedure for official supervision of inspectors and samplers under official supervision, the implementation procedure subsequent checks of cereal seeds and a more detailed method of notification and data exchange.
