Regulation on the method and criteria for determining the level of costs of the administrative procedure for the management of genetically modified organisms.

This Regulation sets out methods and criteria for determining the level of costs of procedures for issuing administrative acts for closed systems working with genetically modified organisms and aimed at deliberate the release of GMOs into the environment, including their placing on the market.
The above mentioned costs are expenses incurred by the ministry responsible for the environment for the technical assistance of closed systems committee and also shall include costs of the rapporteur, costs of other experts, cost of transport, accommodation and subsistence. These sums shall be added as revenue to the budget of the Republic of Slovenia and shall be paid into the sub-account of general government revenue in accordance with the regulation governing the sub-accounts and the manner of payment of statutory taxes and other general government revenue.
