Regulation on the methodology for determining compensation for easements on water and coastal lands owned by the Republic of Slovenia.

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Waters Act, determines the methodology for calculation of the amount of compensation for acquisition of easement on water or coastal land owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by the ministry responsible for water, which the easement beneficiary must pay. The Annex is also part of this publication (Table 1: Area of the impact zone (P) and Table 2: Factor of the impact on the water regime).
