Regulation on minimum conditions for the protection of individual non-hunting areas against damage from game.

This Regulation sets the minimum conditions for protection against damage from game on non-hunting areas, namely: in gardens, plantations, orchards, nurseries and intensive agricultural crops, fenced with a fence that does not allow the passage of rabbits or ungulates; in facilities located on non-hunting areas of settlements and hamlets, areas to which access is not permitted, and on industrial and other facilities surrounded by a fence. Special conditions for protection against ungulates, badger, hare, nutria and muskrat are here laid down in article 3.
