Regulation on mining technical documentation.

This Regulation here determines the type, content, form, sequence, binding and sealing, individual components, the method of production and modification, and the method of managing the audit of mining technical documentation. Depending on the purpose of use, the mining technical documentation is classified into: mining projects; other mining documentation. Depending on the purpose and method of carrying out mining works, mining projects are classified into: mining project to obtain a research permit; mining project to obtain a concession for exploitation; mining project to be implemented; mining project of implemented rehabilitation. Other mining documentation is the documentation on the basis of which it is possible to create mining projects and which ensures the safe and reliable implementation of mining works, namely: plan of the mine area; geological documentation in mining; documentation on categorization according to dangerous phenomena; plans of mining measurements; documentation on stocks or sources of mineral raw materials; environmental impact documentation.
