Abstract
This Regulation specifies the detailed conditions for obtaining a permit for growing fish in fish farms for stocking in fishing districts. This text also determine the conditions that must be met by a fish farm for growing fish for stocking. In order to obtain a permit, a legal or natural person must meet the following conditions: that it is registered to carry out aquaculture activities; that he disposes of a fish farm for which he has obtained a water right, and that the fish farm meets the conditions from article 3 of this Regulation; that the fish farm is registered in the Central Register of Aquaculture Facilities and Commercial Ponds; that aquaculture production is approved by the Regional Office of the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia; that the natural person who wants to obtain a permit has passed the professional exam for fish farming, or that the natural or legal person who wants to obtain a permit has at least one person employed or specified by contract who has passed the professional exam for fish farming; grows fish in the manner specified in article 4 of this text; breeds fish for stocking with the origin specified in article 5 of this text.
