Abstract
This Regulation sets out the necessary criteria on the basis of which associations operating in the field of animal protection acquire the status of an association operating in the public interest, legal entities under private law with activities in the field of animal protection that are not established with the purpose of making a profit and which use the surplus of income over expenses exclusively for the performance and development of their activity, and the status of an organization operating in the public interest.
The Annex is also here attached (Annex 1: Training program; Annex 2: Evaluation of the most important achievements of the association or organization).
