Abstract
This Regulation determines the content and method of informing users about dangerous chemicals, the rules for keeping records of the release of dangerous chemicals and special conditions for trading in dangerous chemicals. Hazardous chemicals, which are not listed in article 2 (paragraph 1 that lists substances among labelling codes for (acutely toxic danger categories, germ cell mutagens, carcinogenic-danger categories, ect) may also be placed on the market in grocery stores, where they must be separated from other goods and protected in such a way that their influence on other goods is not possible. The form for keeping records on the release of dangerous chemicals is in Annex 1. Legal and natural persons who place hazardous chemicals on the market as objects of general use must have a notice to users from Annex 2.
