Abstract
This Regulation determines the organization of hunting and guard service in hunting grounds and hunting grounds with a special purpose, the content, scope and method of taking the game warden exam, as well as the format of the game warden card and service insignia. For control in the hunting grounds and sustainable management of game, every hunting organization that has a concession for sustainable management in a hunting ground or a hunting ground with a special purpose is obliged to organize a hunting and guarding service. In the hunting area, the operator must have at least one game warden per 2000 ha of hunting area. In a hunting area with a special purpose, the manager must have at least one game warden in each area. The manager must ensure regular supervision in the hunting grounds or hunting grounds for a special purpose and keep a diary about this, which is an integral part of the manager's records.
The Annex is also here attached (Annex I: Certificate of passing the game warden exam; Annex II: Gamekeeper's card; Annex III: Proposal for the appointment of game wardens; Annex IV: Information on the candidate for a game warden).
