Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down detailed provisions of planning and reporting on fisheries. In particular, plan of fisheries management in fisheries zones includes basic guidelines for the conservation and sustainable use of fish in accordance with the regulations governing inland fisheries, environmental protection and nature conservation in accordance with the guidelines of the program management of fish and nature conservation guidelines. Plan of fisheries production in fisheries zones sets out objectives and measures to ensure sustainable use of fish and to maintain the stock of native fish species. All the important spatial data, annual programs and reports are prepared in the form suitable for computer processing and storage of spatial information system. The collection and display is performed in the way that allows comparisons with previous plans and reports. This Regulation is composed of 35 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Plan of fisheries management in fisheries zones (Sec. 2); Plan of fisheries production in fisheries zones (Sec. 3); Annual program on the fisheries management in fisheries zones (Sec. 4); Procedures of preparation and adoption of the plan and programme (Sec. 5); Record keeping and reporting on the implementation of the annual program (Sec. 6).
