Abstract
This Regulation determines the types of fire risk assessments, the parties responsible for their preparation, the degree of fire risk and the methodology for the preparation of fire risk assessments. Fire risk assessments constitute the basis for the planning and implementation of general fire protection measures and other fire protection activities. Based on the final fire risk assessment, fire risk levels are determined, which can be: very low fire risk (or level 1); low fire risk (or level 2); medium fire risk (or level 3); medium to increased fire risk (or level 4); high fire risk (or level 5); very high fire risk (or level 6). Fire risk assessments shall be made for buildings and facilities and can be also made for the environment or construction engineering facilities which.
