Abstract
This Regulation determines the procedure and content of the application for obtaining a permit for the production of hazardous chemicals, the trade in hazardous chemicals (on the national territory), the storage of hazardous chemicals or the use of hazardous chemicals. Permits for the production of hazardous chemicals, trade in hazardous chemicals, storage of hazardous chemicals or use of hazardous chemicals shall be issued by the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Chemicals on the basis of an application and submitted evidence of compliance with established conditions.
