Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 17 articles, establishes professional, spatial and technical requirements to be met by laboratories carrying out diagnostic research and other tests of seeds and propagating material of agricultural plants. The conditions for laboratories are specified in art. 3, for organization in art. 4, for staff in art. 5, for rooms in art. 6, and for equipment in art. 7. Laboratory tests are carried out in accordance with regulations governing the propagating material of agricultural plants.
