Regulation on the register of producers of propagating material of agricultural plants.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 17 articles and four Annexes, establishes: (1) the form and content of the application for registration of suppliers of propagating material of agricultural plants; (2) documents that must be attached to the application and requirements for professional qualifications of persons responsible for the obligations of suppliers; (3) content and manner of keeping the register of suppliers; (4) types of crops which are excluded from the registration; (5) criteria for determination of small producers and local markets.
