Regulation on the report on results of deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms.

This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning, which is composed of five articles, sets out the scope and content of the report on results of deliberate release into the environment of genetically modified organisms (GMOs). The report includes the following information: the applicant and the authorization for the deliberate release into the environment to which the report relates, type of report; GMOs and characteristics of deliberate release into the environment; implementation of measures to prevent or reduce risk to the environment and human health; method of monitoring deliberate release into the environment and method of determining its results; results of observations of deliberate release into the environment in relation to the anticipated and unanticipated effects, especially with regard to any risk to the environment or human health; conclusions based on the assessment of the results of deliberate release.
