Regulation on requirements for ensuring safety and health at work and on technical measures for work in the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources in surface mines.

This Regulation here governs the provision of safety and health of workers, which the contractor of mining works must take into account when planning, designing, equipping and maintaining workplaces in the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources in surface mines. This text stipulates: conditions and requirements that must be met by facilities intended for the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources; specific issues regarding the work and other procedures in carrying out work in the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources; measures for safety and health when performing work in mining facilities, if they relate to the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources on the surface; procedures and methods for performing mandatory technical control over the construction and operation of mining facilities, devices and equipment in related mining facilities.
