Regulation on special water use register.

This Regulation specifies the types, conditions and threshold of special water use, below which it is not necessary to obtain a water permit, because due to the amount of abstraction or the method of loading, it is a negligible impact on the water regime and the state of the water, and it can be carried out on the basis of recording. This text also determines the method of recording special water use. The types of recorded special water use are: own drinking water supply; obtaining heat; watering the garden.
