Regulation on taking a professional exam for an electrofishing operator.

This Regulation here determines the scope and content of the professional exam for electrofishing operators, including the practical training program (attached in the Annex 1 of this text), the composition and formation of exam committees, the method of applying for the exam, the duration and method of taking such exam, details regarding the issuance if related examination certificates (sample certificate is given in the Annex 2), among rules for necessary keeping examination records, payment of the examination board and other relevant questions that regards the procedures for to the electrofishing operator examination on the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. The exam includes the following content: management of the fishing district; basics of the legality of electric current and electrofishing; impact of electric current on people and first aid; regulations governing electrofishing.
