Abstract
This Regulation here determines the scope and content of the professional exam for fishing ranger (or inland fishing guard/warden), including the practical training program (attached in the Annex 1 of this text), the composition and formation of examination committees, the method of applying for the examination, the duration and method of taking the examination, issuing examination certificates (sample certificate is given in Annex 2), keeping records of examinations, payment of the examination board and other questions related to the examination. The exam consists of checking the knowledge of the contents that the fishery guard directly uses in the performance of the fishery guard service, which are specified in this text. The exam includes the following content: regulations in the field of freshwater fishing, environmental protection, nature conservation and water management; basics of management in fishing districts; basics of biology and aquaculture; duties of a fishing keeper; authorizations of the fishing warden; operation of the fishing guard; taking action in the event of fish deaths or other impacts on the waters; cooperation with other competent services.
