Regulation on technical and organizational measures for the storage of dangerous chemicals.

This Regulation here determines the special technical and organizational measures for the storage of dangerous chemicals, which are necessary to protect human health and the environment; special requirements regarding facilities in which dangerous chemicals are stored; rules regarding the allocation and protection of individual groups of chemicals. This text further applies to the storage of biocidal products, strategic goods of special importance for safety and health, and precursors for illegal drugs, insofar as this is not regulated by special regulations governing these areas. This Regulation is also to be applied to the storage of mineral fertilizers that are not in their final form.
The Annex is also part of this text (Annex 1: Storage classes; Annex 2: Rules regarding joint storage; Annex 3: Types of chemicals in quantities for which, in accordance with Article 9 of this regulation, the rules regarding joint storage do not have to be observed).
