Regulation on technical consent.

This Regulation here determines the content of the request and the procedure for issuing a technical consent on the fulfillment and usability of equipment for the implementation of mining works and excavation methods. This text also determines the establishment and working methods of the committee of experts in the mining profession. The following shall be attached to the application for the issuance of the technical consent referred to in the previous article: 1. explanation of the reasons for obtaining technical consent; 2. description of the type and purpose of the mining facility or mining method; 3. technical data on the mining equipment or mining method; 4. conceptual design of the documentation on the mining equipment or mining method; 5. justification of deviations from technical regulations. The committee of experts consists of an official of the ministry who performs tasks in the field of mining (chairman of the committee of experts), the competent mining inspector (deputy chairman) and natural persons entered in the directory of authorized persons in mining, with at least a university education, who, according to the type and content of each application for the issuance of a technical consent is designated by the minister responsible for mining.
