Abstract
This Regulation defines the technical standards for design, construction, testing, technical and control tests, assembly and testing of equipment and devices in shelters. This text also determines the way shelters are maintained. Shelters and shelters are built as independent buildings or parts of buildings. The level of protection of shelters and shelters is ensured by taking into account the following parameters: 1. protective property; 2. size; 3. time of possible continuous stay. As a rule, shelters are designed and built as dual-purpose facilities or parts of facilities. In peacetime, they are used in accordance with the purpose for which they were designed, but in the event of war or other dangers such as natural and other disasters, they are transformed into a shelter.
The Annex is also here attached (Contents of the firefighting and self-rescue equipment kit for shelters).
