Regulation on the types and scope of tasks of mandatory state water management public services.

This Regulation here specifies the types and scope of tasks of mandatory state public water management services. This text further specifies in more detail: the types of emergency measures, the manner of their implementation and the operation of the public service at the time of the increased level of threat due to the harmful effects of water; types of emergency measures after a natural disaster due to the harmful effects of water; the conditions for the emergence and termination of the increased level of threat due to the harmful effects of water and the method of their publication. The provisions of this Regulation are used in the preparation of work programs and the implementation of the following public services: operation and maintenance of water infrastructure, intended for the preservation and regulation of water quantities and protection against the harmful effects of water; monitoring of the condition of the water infrastructure, intended for the preservation and regulation of water quantities and protection against the harmful effects of water; the implementation of emergency measures during the increased level of threat due to the harmful effects of water; implementing emergency measures after a natural disaster due to the harmful effects of water; maintenance of water and coastal lands of inland waters and the sea.
