Regulation on the use and management of unmanned aircraft systems for the performance of tasks in the field of protection against natural and other disasters.

This Regulation defines the use and management of unmanned aircraft systems of forces for protection, rescue and assistance in the field of protection against natural and other disasters and determines the conditions that apply to operators of unmanned aircraft systems when performing protection, rescue tasks and assistance (ZRP operator) for unmanned aircraft up to a maximum take-off weight of 25 kilograms, the obligations of the ZRP operator, the operational manual for working with unmanned aircraft systems, the tasks and responsibilities of the remote pilot, flight rules, operational training and certification of remote pilots, equipment and markings of unmanned aircraft, insurance, protection of personal data and control over the implementation of these rules.
Intervention tasks in terms of this text are tasks of preventive activities, such as the preparation of risk assessments for the occurrence of accidents, the preparation of protection and rescue plans, the implementation of trainings and exercises in the field of ZRP, the preparation of accident analyzes and exercises, and the assessment of damage in which the use of the unmanned aircraft system is planned.
