Abstract
This Regulation determines the psychophysical skills that must be met by a water rescuer or a person who wants to be trained in water rescue; types of water rescue training programs; scope and method of conducting the water rescue competency test; conditions for issuing authorizations for the implementation of training programs. The psychophysical abilities, content, scope of the competency test and the conditions for the implementation of water rescue training programs for members and members of the fire, diving and other rescue services as well as Civil Defence units that carry out protection and rescue in the event of floods and other water disasters are determined in the training programs of these units in accordance with the regulations on training in the field of protection against natural and other disasters, taking into account the conditions established by this text.
