Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). The present Act regulates provisions concerning the scope of strategic documents on EIA (art. 4 of the amended Act) and participation of the public in assessing the impact of strategic documents (supplemented art. 6a).
