Abstract
The Act establishes conditions for identifying, classifying, testing, marking, packaging, importing and exporting chemical substances and chemical preparations from the point of view of the protection of human life and health and the environment. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Identification of new chemical substances; (3) Evaluation of risks of chemical substances; (4) Classification, marking and packaging of chemical substances and chemical preparations and safety registration card; (5) Placing on the market of chemical substances and chemical preparations; (6) Import and export; (7) State administration; (8) Compliance; (9) Common and temporary provisions.
