Abstract
The Decree of the Ministry of Economy, which is composed of two articles and six Annexes, specifies details on evaluation of risks arising from existing chemicals and from new chemicals for human life and health and for the environment. Annex 1 contains details on evaluation of risks of existing chemical substances for life and health from the point of view of toxicity; Annex 2 refers to physical and chemical properties; Annex 3 deals with risks for the environment; Annex 4 contains details on evaluation of risks of new chemical substances for life and health from the point of view of toxicity; Annex 5 regards physical and chemical properties; Annex 6 refers to risks for the environment.
