Abstract
This Act, which is composed of 46 articles and one Annex, establishes conditions of cultivating vine on registered land located in wine-growing areas, as well as conditions of production of wine products and their marketing in order to ensure the hygiene and quality. Additionally, this Act establishes: (a) obligations of physical persons and legal persons cultivating wine in the wine-growing area, the owners or users or vine fields, dorab grapes, grafts, cuttings, root and vine seedlings, producing grape must and grape wine, or place them on the market; (b) the competence of state administration and control of the vine and viticulture, and keeping vine and viticulture records.
