Decree implementing the Act on viticulture and winemaking.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 12 articles and 26 Annexes, implements certain provisions of the Act on viticulture and winemaking. In particular, the Decree establishes provisions on: planting rights (art. 1); zoning of wine-growing areas (art. 2); viticulture registry (art. 3); reporting on the harvest of grapes, wine musts and the stock of wine and musts (art. 4); notices of enrichment and increasing or acidification (art. 5); allowable technological losses during the production of wine products (art. 7); marking of wine products (art. 8).
