Abstract
This Act, which is composed of 33 articles and one Annex, lays down: (a) the competence of state administration bodies and state inspection concerning plant protection auxiliaries; (b) requirements for placing of plant protection auxiliaries on the market; (c) conditions of distribution, storage, handling, use and disposal of plant protection auxiliaries or their packaging; (d) conditions of testing the effectiveness of plant protection auxiliaries; (e) control and supervision of compliance with this Act; (f) sanctions for breach of duties imposed by this Act.
