Decree implementing the Act on plant protection auxiliaries.

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 20 articles and 17 Annexes, lays down: a) conditions and procedures of the application fort the authorization of plant protection auxiliaries; (b) contents and format of labels; (c) conditions and procedures of testing efficiency of plant protection auxiliaries; (d) labeling auxiliaries concerning their risks to animals, birds, aquatic organisms, bees, arthropods and aquatic resources; (e) policies and measures to protect human and animal health, the environment, non-target organisms and specific areas using auxiliaries; (f) conditions and procedures for aerospace applications of auxiliaries; (g) conditions and procedures for keeping records and reporting on auxiliaries.
