Abstract
This Act lays down provisions concerning organization of the market in selected agricultural products which is carried out by the Agricultural Payment Agency. The Agency is entitled to require from the competent authorities of the state administration and from entrepreneurs data on prices of products, on the import and export of products, and on the trade in products. The producer and the processor shall keep records of the quantity and sales of the products and on request shall supply this information to the Agency free of charge. Par. 10 provides specific regulations concerning the activities under special regulations relating to the organization of the market for fruit, vegetables, hops, tobacco, cut flowers, fish and fish products, and milk and milk products.
