Act on State Administration in Water Management.

This Act concerns administrative organization for water resources management. It consists of 31 articles and is divided into nine Parts: water management bodies and their operation; directive water management plan and the protection of water management interests; water management supervision; proceedings and water management record keeping; factor and business water managers; the protection against flooding; water guard; final and revoking provisions. The Act defines the responsibilities and powers of the different bodies involved in the various aspects of water resources management.
