Regulation 66/1976 on water managers.

This Regulation implements the Act on State Administration in Water Management by providing specifications on water managers who are the qualified workers that have to be assigned to the management and treatment of wastewater. Among the tasks of water managers are: prepare, propose and evaluate water management measures; elaborate the proposals for improving water management and for improving the quality of discharged waste; permanently monitor and control the statement and operation of the facilities, which arrange water management and treatment the waste water; propose and monitor realisation of necessary measures, respectively realise these measures themselves, in case of failure of treatment facilities, or during operational breakdowns, which result even in short-term impairment of the quality of water.
