Abstract
This Act concerns the creation of the State Fund for the Environment of the Slovak Republic. The purpose of the fund is to gather financial resources for the protection and management of the environment. Under article 2, the fund will be administered by the Slovak Commission for the Environment and article 3 defines the resources that constitute fund. The resources of the fund can be used, among others, for grants, for loans and credits, for supporting ecological education programs and for the expenses related to the management of the fund.
