Regulation 176/1992 Coll. on conditions for the provision and use of finances of the State Fund of the Environment of the Slovak Republic.

This Regulation implements the State Fund of the Environment Act by specifying the conditions for the provision and use of the finances of the Fund. Articles 2 to 6 provide for the internal structure of the Fund and for its sources, articles 7 to 12 regulate the application for accessing to the resources of the Fund and the related decision on granting or refusing applications. Article 13 concerns access to the Fund in case of environmental accidents and other provisions concern the control of the conditions under which finances were granted (article 15).
