Abstract
This Act establishes and regulates the State Water Management Fund. Article 3 specifies the sources of the fund, article 4 spells out the purposes for which the resources of the fund can be used, that include developing waterworks, hydro-geological exploration and remedying negative impact of natural factors on water bodies.
