Abstract
This Act, which is composed of seven articles and one Annex, lays down conditions of the support to persons engaged in primary agricultural production in the form of grants to cover part of the excise duty relating to mineral oils used in agricultural primary production from the budget of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
