Abstract
This Decree establishes provisions concerning authorization for collection and treatment of wastes from electrical and electronic equipment. In particular, point 13 specifies information which should be included in the application for such authorization. An application should be accompanied by a contract to ensure after-treatment of waste electrical and electronic equipment.
