Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree on extended liability of producers of reserved products and on the management of dedicated waste streams. In particular the present Decree establishes requirements for the transboundary movement of used electrical and electronic equipment (supplemented art. 13a) and new criteria for reuse of electrical equipment (replaced art. 14).
