Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree implementing the Act on biotechnologies and genetically modified organisms. In particular, the present Decree provides details on the logbook which is kept in the course of using genetic technologies and genetically modified organisms and amends provisions concerning approval for the introduction of genetically modified higher plants into the environment.
