Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment lays down some amendments and addenda to the Decree implementing the Act on protection of wild animals and wild plants. In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning application for exemption from the prohibition on commercial activities or permission for transfer of wild animals, originally specified in art. 4 of the amended Decree, and provides details on the production of rings used to identify wild animals.
